Styling A Sideboard....Shabby Chic Style

Earlier this week I had posted about table setting with my family heirloom china that has the sepia tones, and combining with touches of silver, gold and pink. I am not sure if this has a definitive moniker if you will...but I don't like to box my decor in that way and do a "use what I love" in styling...
On the sideboard or buffet, I first laid out a French grain sack runner
to cover the top and add warmth...

Mixing in old silver pieces, ironstone, a French bread board, piece of vintage tin, candles and cuttings from our garden...
Roses floating in a silver gravy boat, as I love sparkle and shine in a subtle fashion...
Playing with the arrangements until it all comes together to please the eye...
Florals add that shabby chic and feminine touch...
xoxo,
Janet
