Easy Cauliflower Rice With A Secret Sweetness
Hi everyone and happy new week! Although I don’t share many recipes here on the blog I do enjoy cooking. My lifestyle has changed over the last few years to prepare mostly meals for just the two of us, so I keep it simple…
Simple as in salads, protein and vegetables with not a whole lot of ingredients or prep involved. Today I’m sharing a favorite side dish, and speaking of dish I made the bowl way back in college when I was an art student and fell in love with throwing pottery:~}}. So read on and I promise that this dish is not what you think and can also be made into a main course!
Why yes, I do have a pink food processor and it’s something that doesn’t sit out on the counter so I decided to indulge my girly side when I recently needed to replace the old one. I’ve provided the affiliate link above if you need one and it comes in every color!
Ingredients:One large head of cauliflower cut into florets
Remove from heat, place in a large serving bowl and garnish with parsley. You can serve this as a side in place of rice and add sautéed shrimp or chicken to make a main dish. Yum and if you DO have young kiddos it’s a great way to sneak in those veggies!
Looks yummy and pinned it!
