Do you make your bed every day? I honestly put forth the effort to do just that most mornings but time gets the better of me and well….maybe you know how that goes!
I’ve been moving things around in the master bedroom, shopping my house and of course the bedding plays a huge part in recreating new looks. Do you recognize
the settee that I rescued and renovated recently for my updated French style home office? I thought that I’d give it a shot in front of the bed and see how it looks and what purpose it might serve in the room. What do you think?
And then I’ve been playing with nightstands and shuffling them around too. Do you prefer the white table in the first photo or this antique French table that I had repainted some years back?
I may not make the bed every single day but I love changing things up…including the linens on the bed…
As often as possible…
When Crane and Canopy invited me to try their bedding recently I was excited to select the Vienna in Oyster Grey. I have seriously A LOT of throw pillows in white and the more the merrier as far as I’m concerned! The grey duvet and shams with the single ruffle makes for a nice contrast with the white tufted headboard and the rest of the white around here…
I’m looking forward to the weekend to curl up under the top sheet, lean back against a plethora of pillows with a bowl of popcorn and binge watch Frankie and Grace on Netflix…
All curled up and feeling the coolness of the silky soft 100% cotton, and my husband likes it too…
I’m really impressed with the quality of the bedding. The duvet has a hidden zippered closure and as someone who sews I can see the care in the design and the craftsmanship…
There are two videos on the Crane and Canopy website and they are life changing if you struggle with stuffing a duvet!
The ruffles are subtle and chic and and go with any style I think without being too fru fru. The Vienna comes in white and dusty pink too, so at some point I may pick up a set of white shams as well. You can never have too many pillows or pillow shams either in my book of looks!
Thank you to Crane & Canopy for sponsoring this post and the beautiful bedding, all opinions are my own…
